Bella Union

Here is a peak at the photos of my Lady and I on our wedding Day!

The weather held at the right moments and we enjoyed a beautiful day surrounded by our closest friends and family, thanks to all that came from far and wide.

Oi Polloi Like...

Ive finally drawn many threads together to form what will be the outfit I get married in. With the Stag weekend looming this weekend, it feels good to have such an important element of the day finalised, knowing I'll feel comfortable and look good(in my opinion!) is a relief.

I sourced the final piece from my most favoured shop in the city, Oi Polloi . If I had the cash I would definitely shop here more often!

Spruce & Shine

Here are some pictures of a recent project of mine. I gave my lady's bicycle a spruce and a shine, because she is very deserving.

Re-sprayed and looking good

Whoa! Its been a frantic week, finishing work....looking for work. All the while, still co-working on our main and favoured project Trove. My lady has two jobs, poor girl. But the bills must be paid and the show must go on.

Since Im tying the knot in four weeks to the day! Ive been looking at some sharp chaps, and tidy dandys to get a feel for what I want to be wearing when I marry l'amour de ma vie.

the end of the line

Q: what time is the 171 due?

I stumbled across this postcard flitting through some flyers and the cover caught my eye instantly. The block print boat is simple and has been scuffed so that the ink has been smudged. Turning the postcard over, reading that
it was a question with space for you to answer and post it back made me smile.

Now then...

So the torrent never came, the reason why? Our local exchange point didn't like our house, so,
the man from BT came and worked his magic, ta dah!

Anyway there has been lots happening, I am getting married in August ( lots to do, lots to do), the business I created with my wife-to-be is getting a lot of attention of late.(see Noisette Marketing).
Mundane things, like growing runner beans and other nitrogen fixating plants in our back garden, more exciting things like carrots and chilli plants.

May was a good month, I sold three more badges in Red Door gallery, Edinburgh. Woo woo!

Musically, I came across Cyril Diaz and His Orchestra!

Ah...take me back to the 1950s, in the Port of Spain, Trinidad, so I can dance with my lady till my feet hurt and my head spins from the heavy afro-beat and the twirling of the beautiful girl whom I dance with hand in hand!
