Having Purchased Noma: Time and Place by Rene Redzepi, I have been trying to save my pennies so the wife and I can get over there and taste their food!
Each dish looks so pretty.

Behind this aesthetic lies cold science. The Nordic Food Lab explains a little into what research there are doing.

These guys also add images like the above to illustrate their point.

Marble Beers: the beer house

These guys make outstanding beer, you know they do when the older blokes flock there to sup at lunch time.
The ginger ale is a favourite of mine and the 'pint' is a tasty lager, all are brewed in Manchester and some ales are organic too.
The beer house is relaxed place to sit and watch the myriad inhabitants  of Chorlton go by.

J Dilla!

Having had a bootleg copy of the album 'Donuts' on my itunes for at least a year, its feels like everyone else knew of J Dilla and had taken Donuts played it to death and let it gather dust on their ipods. Having it fresh now and being able to play it over and over and over is refreshing and by no means tired.

Oi Polloi Like...

Ive finally drawn many threads together to form what will be the outfit I get married in. With the Stag weekend looming this weekend, it feels good to have such an important element of the day finalised, knowing I'll feel comfortable and look good(in my opinion!) is a relief.

I sourced the final piece from my most favoured shop in the city, Oi Polloi . If I had the cash I would definitely shop here more often!
